Shipping Policy

We ship from Florida to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Rates

Standard U.S. Shipping — $6.99 flat on any order.
FREE U.S. Shipping on every order of $25 or more.

The rate is flat regardless of how many units you order, so stocking up costs the same to ship as a single item.

Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched on business days. As soon as your package leaves our facility you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not see it, check your spam folder before contacting us.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to buy from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your state, and that the products are for your own personal use.

State restrictions

Some states and municipalities restrict or prohibit the online sale and delivery of vapor products, and several apply their own excise taxes at checkout. If we cannot legally ship to your address, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Wrong address, refused, and undeliverable packages

Please check your shipping address before you pay. Packages returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed can be reshipped once you cover the return and reship cost, or refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you do not have it, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at info@smokevaperevolution.com with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
