We also offer FaceTime ordering upon request!

Website or email orders are accepted as purchase orders and followed up by an account manager's phone call to:
1. Go over shipping information
2. Process your payment
3. Collect appropriate business documents (for first time customers)

  • Check Your Legal Smoking Age
    Some of our products are intended for Tobacco use. You must be above the legal smoking age to browse this website and purchase products. 

  • Legality: It is your own responsibility to check with your individual state for legality. We have the right to refuse any order. 
  • Business Documents: EIN or Resale Certificate documents are required to be submitted when doing business with us. We have the right to refuse your order and disable your account if appropriate documents are not provided. 
  • Shipping Terms: All orders will be shipped out UPS. Most shipments are shipped same day or next business day. Orders placed after 3pm EST are considered to be next day. Shipping rates vary based on total weight of the shipment.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is accepted in any of the following: Prepaid, Company Check (upon approval) or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). We DO NOT accept COD orders at this time.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged $25.00 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater), plus freight costs.

  • Returned checks: Customer will incur a $35.00 fee for a returned check. Past due accounts with returned checks will revert to Cash Only Terms.

  • Taxes: Customers are responsible for all taxes within their local jurisdiction.

  • Credit Policy: We do not provide credit terms to accounts at this time.

  • Damage Claims & Lost Shipments: You must notify us by telephone of damages or lost shipments within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of your package.

  • Returns: Returns of defective or damaged items must be made within 30 days of your purchase receipt. Please notify us as soon as possible.
